Summer is swiftly making its way out and Autumn is just around the corner. The temperature is becoming cooler and the days are getting shorter. Nothing seems to be more soothing, pleasing & comforting than a warm bowl of indulgent flavour rich soup. Yes, that’s Right! It’s officially the start of soup season! 

At Owen Brothers, we have a delicious range and combination of healthy vegan soups that will not only keep you warm, but will also tantilise your tastebuds and will leave you wanting more.

Leek and Potato Soup: This bowlful of absolute pure comfort and warmth consists of the finest fluffy potatoes combined with softened leek and onion, butter, milk & rich double cream. Delicately seasoned with white pepper makes this velvety smooth soup perfect for welcoming in the cold.

Carrot & Coriander Soup: A combination of fresh sweet British carrots & aromatic coriander, a dash of nutmeg with a hint of honey and lemon makes this soup one of the our chef’s special recipes. Delicate, subtle & fine quality ingredients are the key behind one of our most cherished & loved recipes.

Tomato & Fresh Basil Soup: A rich classic creamy savoury soup packed with freshly ripened tomatoes topped with fragrant basil.  Ideal to comfort you & keep you toasty during the cold winter months. Soak it up with our freshly baked bread rolls!

Wild Mushroom Soup: One of our Owen Brothers timeless, yet, indulgent creamy soup recipes. A special combination of white mushrooms with wild mushrooms, a splash of quality white wine, garlic, sprigs of thyme & lightly seasoned with black pepper.

Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Soup: Soup perfection, packed with flavoursome goodness & filled with roasted vegetables including sweet plum tomatoes, mixed peppers, roasted mushrooms & courgettes (plus more).  

Pea & Mint Soup: A simply fresh and zingy Irresistible Pea and Mint Soup British classic. This flavoursome and very popular soup which will warm you from your tastebuds to your toes!

(Please note that a minimum order of eight people is required).

All of our soups are vegan and will be delivered in a convenient special thermoflask to ensure that it retains it’s temperature along with fresh bread rolls, butter and insulated cups for your convenience & ease for serving.
