Each meal is individually served in sealed bento style boxes with a lid

This meal consists of a fillet of Hot Roased Salmon ( a fillet of salmon with a beautiful smokey taste ) served with pasta and chopped Meiterranean vegetables all served on a bed of fresh mixed leaves, together with grated carrots, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.  Served with a wedge of lemon to the side.
