This meal consists of sliced Italian herbed roasted chicken & Potaoe salad on a bed of roasted peppers with mixed leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers and grated carrot.  We finish the chicken off with roasted red onions. 

Served with a sealed dressing to the side.
