Oven baked pork & leek chipolatas which are wrapped in the best smoked streaky bacon and cut into half. We then put a skewer through the chipolata so it's easy for you to pick up, dip into the light dijon mustard and eat. It's a very popular choice as an accompaniment to any of our menu choices.
