If you're holding a meeting over the next few weeks and want to serve up a 'less bread style' Cold Fork Menu then look at this menu of medium rare rossettes of Royal Thai Beef Salad - it's our own marination - very similar to the one used in the Royal Palace at Bangkok.  

Why not add a salad or 2 and a fresh fruit platter - you can choose!
